How to create a new idea

Check if your idea is new

If you have a new idea which you would like to add to the Innopedia website, please first search the site on existing entries on similar ideas.

Create a new page

At the left-side bottom corner on every page, there is a box labeled Add a new page¹ in the left side bar (see graph). Type the name of the page you want to create and click the button marked new page. You will be taken to the page editor. Type in something and then click save at the bottom of the page editor.

Consider adopting the standard format as a content list for your new idea's page.
Then add infiomation to the page as you deem fit.

If you need help you may use the discuss at the bottom of the page. The Innopedia team and/or other site members will then do their best to help you.

1. The name of the page that you type into the Add a new page box is the url of the page, but not necessarily the title.
The url and the page title are independent. For more information see : Page title - how to edit?.
